Perhaps because the reggae buyers are looking for it, and not the rest of Philophon releases. Only a guess but I know lot of people looking for it and they're all reggae selectors/collectors.

Trash Obsession

This one release is played in Roots reggae sound system community which gives it more exposition than the other releases and therefore makes it expensive. If you someday want to part with your copy, I would be interested!
