Crosby, Stills & Nash is the first album by Crosby, Stills & Nash, released in 1969 on the Atlantic Records label. It spawned two Top 40 hit singles, "Marrakesh Express" and "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes," which peaked respectively at the week of August 23, 1969, and at the week of December 6, 1969, on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The album itself peaked at on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart. It was certified four times platinum by the RIAA for sales of over 4,200,000.

Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young is a folk-rock supergroup formed when Crosby, Stills & Nash (Stephen Stills of Buffalo Springfield, David Crosby from the Byrds, and Graham Nash from the Hollies) asked Neil Young, also of Buffalo Springfield to join them in 1969 and form "Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young". Commonly referred to by their initials CSNY, the band is primarily known for their four-part vocal harmonies.
David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash formed a loose group in 1968 after the demise of their former bands. After their first album was released in May 1969 (simply called Crosby, Stills & Nash) Neil Young joined them, too. Though the quartet was incredibly successful, the musicians rather paid attention to their individual solo careers. Luckily the formation of CSN&Y made it to Woodstock, too. It was only their second gig and they were quite nervous on stage
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young did appear, playing an acoustic set followed by an electric set. They took the stage around 3 . She had given up religion long ago, but found herself going through a "born-again Christian trip" when she wrote this song . The movie itself was the only thing the promoters had to recover any of the millions the lost just putting the show on.
