Smoky Mountain Rain" is a song written by Kye Fleming and Dennis Morgan, and recorded by American country music singer Ronnie Milsap. It was released in September 1980 as the first single from his Greatest Hits album. The single became one of his best-known songs. The song was Milsap's 16th number one hit on Billboard magazine's Hot Country Singles chart where it stayed at the top for one week in December 1980.

This is our band playing "Blue Ridge Mountain Blues", a song written by Cliff Hess in 1924 and recorded by blind musician George Reneau and Gene Austin the same year and recorded 15 times by various artists between 1924 and 1935. Since then it has been recorded by many notable artists including Doc & Merle Watson, The Country Gentlemen, Bill Monroe, Jim & Jesse, Earl Scruggs and John Fogerty just to name a few.

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the most popular National Park in the country and hosts well over ten-million annual visitors. Still not impressed? It gets more annual visitors than the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, and Yellowstone combined. This beautiful mountain range reaches towering heights of nearly seven-thousand feet, but is famous for its magical, smoky haze. Imagine seeing elk in their natural habitat, hearing the sounds of mountain rivers, and enjoying a stress-free afternoon hiking to a waterfall
