Fela's London Scene is an album by Nigerian Afrobeat composer, bandleader, and t Fela Kuti recorded in England in 1971 and originally released on the Nigerian EMI label. All compositions by Fela Kuti. J’Ehin-J’Ehin" – 7:26. Fight to Finish" – 7:26. Fela Kuti – electric piano, vocals.

In 1971, Fela Anikulapo Kuti's record company (EMI) agreed to finance a recording date in London for Fela and band. What is important to note is that he had become good friends with former Cream (and at the time of this recording current Blind Faith) drummer Ginger Baker, who had traveled to Lagos a year earlier to meet, hang out, and play with Fela.

Brian Eno bought his first Fela Kuti LP in September of 1973. It was Afrodisiac, a record the Nigerian bandleader had cut in London with his group, Africa '70, the previous year. In the liner notes that accompany Fela: Vinyl Box Set 3- which collects seven recently reissued Kuti LPs that he selected–Eno writes that, at the time, he didn’t really get.
