This home video stirred up considerable controversy with its depiction of a woman being chased by an actor posing as a serial killer. And like most of Pungent Stench's work, the controversy overshadows the value, as this home video is admittedly engaging yet not nearly as essential as word of mouth made it to be. Included are video clips for "Shrunken and Mummified Bitch" and "Viva la Muerte," along with some live clips.

Pungent Stench signed the contract in April 1989 and their first release for Nuclear Blast, a split album with fellow Austrian death metallers Disharmonic Orchestra, came out in June. The record was reasonably successful, moving more than 4,000 units in less than a year.
