It's Alive 1974–1996 is a live DVD by the Ramones. It was released on October 2, 2007 by Rhino Records. It's a two-disc set and includes 118 tracks from 33 performances in eight countries, which span the groups career, from 1974 and 1996. Most of the performances were at concerts, but some were from TV shows like The Old Grey Whistle Test and Top of the Pops

It's Alive is the first live album by the American punk band the Ramones. It was recorded at the Rainbow Theatre, London, on December 31, 1977, and released in April 1979. The title is a reference to the 1974 horror movie of the same name. The album was originally released as a 2-LP set and draws material from the Ramones' first three albums. The album was certified gold in Argentina in 1993. It is the only live album by the band that does not feature the concert intro music "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" or the outro music "The Ecstasy of Gold," both of which are from Ennio Morricone's score to the film The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. 1974–1996 DVD. This version was performed without Richie Ramone. The song was featured in the 1987 movie Like Father Like Son with Dudley Moore, Kirk Cameron, and Sean Astin as well as Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever.

And some more from the fallow if respectable final 15 years. You see them mature from a barely fluent raw mess of 1974 to that London lightning raid, along the way memorably storming America's squares on Don Kirshner's Rock Concert. It's all so astonishing, still. And looking, movingly, at three out of four dead members, and the equally deceased Max's and CBGB, you feel the awe for the fleeting cultural moment, never to be had again.

Hoy comparto el valioso DVD doble IT& alive the ramones. Despues de tanto buscarlo no se encuentra en la red, hay muchos post con este DVD, pero todos los que he visto son viejos, caducados, cerrados y terminan defraudando a muchos que se quedan con las ganas de lograr tener este DVD en su poder.

Ramones: It's Alive 1974-. has been added to your Cart. Captured here is a virtual biography of Ramones performances from the beginning (1974) through the end (1996), and honestly, I didn't even know they were still performing after about 1985. Again, stupid me, but thankfully this catalog of performances is well preserved. While the films of earliest performances are a bit scratchy and fuzzy, so was the musicianship of the band.

From their earliest performances at lower Manhattan's CBGBs to international festivals in front of hundreds of thousands of fans, IT'S ALIVE 1974-1996 is your VIP ticket to the Ramones. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002, the band may be gone, but their sound and influence are indestructible. There are no crew records added to The Ramones: It's Alive 1974-1996.
